Hi-Temp Square Caps

Eliminate the need for taping square bars by choosing from our large selection of square caps. Great for use as masks during painting, plating, powder coating, and shot blasting.

Length: All Square Caps are available in any length up to the maximum shown, within .062" (1.57 mm) increments.

Wall thickness: Wall Thickness "C" is measured .250" (6.35 mm) from the open end, increasing slightly toward the closed end. Wall tolerance is ±.010" (0.25 mm).

Hi-Temp Vinyl S-Caps
Hi-Temp Square Caps have been used in temperatures up to 446° F (230°C). While these caps were initially designed to be used in liquid painting processes with high cure temperatures, many customers have been able to use Hi-Temp vinyl in their powder coating processes. Cost effective for one time use.
