SINGLE-POLE and MULTI-POLE LIGHTGUIDES
for UV Spot Light Curing Systems

DYMAX BlueWave 200 and ADAC Systems Cure Spot lights use flexible liquid lightguides for rapid and controlled curing of DYMAX UV adhesives, coatings and sealants. A liquid lightguide is an optical instrument comprised of a light conducting liquid core within plastic tubing. The liquid is non-toxic, non-flammable and transparent from 270 to 720 nm. The ends of a lightguide are sealed with high quality quartz glass and metal spiral tubing surrounded by a plastic sleeve for exterior protection.

LIGHTGUIDE TERMINATORS
for Use with Single Pole Lightguides

Angled terminators attach to any 5 mm aperture liquid lightguide. They enhance worker safety for hand-held applications by blocking UV light below 340 nm and are ideal for curing hard to reach spots. Terminators are available in 60 deg. and 90 deg. angles and can be used with DYMAX BlueWave UV curing spot lamps and most lightguides utilized with spot lamps supplied by other vendors

LIGHTGUIDE MOUNTING STAND
for UV Light Curing Spot Lamps

The DYMAX lightguide mounting stand holds liquid lightguides securely in place for precise light curing of UV adhesives. A 24" flexible arm secures 3 mm, 5 mm or 8 mm single-pole lightguides for hands-free UV spot curing. Witha work area of 5" x 5" and flexible arm that can be adjusted up and down, the UV curing of larger parts can e more easily accomplished.
